My husband, SGM (Retired) R. L. Smith was found senselessly murdered 9/11/2016 on our rental property in Atlanta, Georgia. The alleged murdered Tarik Vasquez was released on bond (10/30/16) and indicted on 03/20/2017 by the Fulton County Grand Jury.  Yet, he remains out on bond in his mother's home with an ankle monitor.  

We are requesting that Judge S. LaGrua place him back in the Fulton County Jail until the trial of his case to insure the rest of our city and state remains safe from him.  He lived immediately next door to our rental property at the time he fatally wounded my husband with his grandparents.
