This is a definition of the meaning of council - an advisory, deliberative, or administrative body of people formally constituted and meeting regularly. This means that they have to be transparent in their workings. BUT they refuse to give figures on incoming and outgoings of their council run pounds in Sippy Creek and Landsborough. You are by definition for the people and by the people. Where are the regularly released figures to view? Where is this so called Landsborough Pound that is only mentioned in your strategy but not even on your website?
