I wanted to start this petition to create some sort of database of where our pets come from. If we all register where and who we purchased or received our free pets from when registering with the council, then I feel that some how the abusive breeders and backyarders could be flagged and held accountable for all the mistreated animals they have used for greed. Not exactly sure how this would be set up, but that is for the paid people in council to work out.
