Niall Quinn is widely regarded as the saviour of Sunderland football club. Now that he has left for pastures new, it seems fitting that with the South Stand being 'revamped' over the summer that it is named after him. Niall is not only a hero to the fans but a hero to the community, where he has helped Sunderland get themselves on the map again. If there was ever a time to pay tribute to such a fantastic person then it is now and I would like to collate signatures from SAFC fans who agree with my sentiments.
