I have cancer yet suncorp wont payout my car finance insurance PAY up

The issue

Hi my names Joe I've been diagnosed with hogkinsons lymphoma stage 4. I purchased a vehicle via finance and took out loan death truma injury/sickness and disability insurance on my finance loan through suncorp in 2013. I've now been waiting for my claim to be processed for 4 months every minimum contact unless I contact them and each time it's the medical records fault or there waiting on this or that I told them my cancer care co ordinator could get all this info and passed on her details I've done every plus more to get it sorted faster but each time they try to prolong the process. I still have to make my weekly payments to finance company and its hard to find money not being able to work due to my illness. Please help and get this money hungry banks to pay up their happy to take your money but if they have to give money back its another story
