Sumner County DA is dropping charges against a man who has had a history of abuse but these charges were against a child age 2. The child suffered 2 broken arms, bruised body, bite marks in the time this man was around. The child was only with Anthony Otto when he sustained 2 broken arms. Dcf pulled the child from the home, now after months of investigating the DA has chose to drop the charges because Anthony Otto blames the mother and the mother blames Anthony Otto. So instead of digging more into it they would rather drop the charges. 

THERE IS ANOTHER CHILD WHO IS NOT SAFE AROUND ANTHONY!! He has a 3 year old daughter who was put into the hospital less than 6 months before the little boy was admitted. She was taken there because he allowed her to get ahold of narcotics while in his care. 

WE WANT JUSTICE!! These innocent children deserve at least that!!
