Good news,  came in the form of the  publication of National Transport Authority - National Fares Strategy. This means that local areas are included in the outer Dublin commuter zone for areas 23 to 50 km from the city. This could mean cheaper fares for this area. Which wont do us any good without increased services.

But the NTA'S national fare strategy has now established that this area should be treated as a commuting belt for Dublin. This is good news in terms of our fight for a new stop between Summerhill and Kilcock and increasing the frequency of buses for both areas.

The recent inclusion of this issue in The Meath Chronicle and on KFM has brought this petitions voice to more people. I plan to touch base with our representatives again as only a few from both Meath & Kildare have gotten back to me on this issue.

I want to thank you all for your support. This fight isnt over and I would greatly apperciate your signatures on this petition and if possible sharing to anyone and everyone you know.
