Aerial spraying in Surallah,T'boli and the whole areas in South Cotabato should be banned due to the following:
• Unknown long-term effects of pesticides on human health and the environment
• Toxic to bees, fish, and other wildlife
• Puts more people at risk, especially the immunocompromised, serious and chronically ill and adds to the overall pesticide load in the environment for the long term
