The Issue
The objective of this petition:
1. To replace the entirety Board with folks who meet the needs and wants of the community. These people will be selected by abilities.
2. To allow a community vote on high priced (over $5,000) repairs, maintenance and equipment replacement. This also includes any type of new construction.
3. For the Board to act in a fiduciary manner and in obeyance of the Codes of Conduct.
4. For the Board to provide a clear transparency in every action. To have Board members available in person to discuss issues with or without all Board members.
5. To have monthly meetings of each committee the entire year and comprehensive meetings of all committees and their members four times per year either by phone or presence.
6. To make sure there is a confluence among committees.
7. To guarantee at least one member in each committee and Board have experience in the field the committee covers.
