Congressional Candidate Trista di Genova Calls for Immediate Legal Action Against Trump Administration for Tax Evasion, Fraud, and Insurrection

Tucson, AZ – [Date] – Trista di Genova, Congressional candidate for Arizona’s 7th District and candidate for Speaker of the House, is calling on the U.S. courts and Congress to take immediate legal action against Donald Trump and his administration for an extensive list of federal crimes, including tax evasion (26 USC 7201), fraud and government waste (18 USC 287), conspiracy to defraud the United States (18 USC 371), obstruction of IRS laws (26 USC 7212), and racketeering.

Di Genova is filing a legal complaint demanding the enforcement of the U.S. Constitution’s 14th Amendment, which prohibits insurrectionists from holding office. As established in the case of Couy Griffin’s removal, the law is clear: those who engage in insurrection are ineligible to serve in government. She urges the courts to remove all insurrectionist officials, including Trump and his co-conspirators, from office.

“This administration and its enablers have systematically defrauded the American people,” said Di Genova. “They have slashed social services to fund tax breaks for the wealthy while evading their own tax obligations. This is government corruption at its worst.”

Additionally, recent reports confirm that Kash Patel, head of the FBI under Trump, has been taking money from Russian President Vladimir Putin, constituting a severe national security threat. Di Genova insists that Congress must immediately investigate and act.

Furthermore, Di Genova highlights the unlawful $300 million political contribution made by federal contractor Elon Musk to Trump’s campaign, a direct violation of campaign finance laws. She also points to voter suppression tactics carried out by Republican operatives, as revealed in Vigilantes Inc., demonstrating a systematic and illegal effort to purge millions of Democratic voters.

“Congress must do its damn job,” Di Genova stated. “Every insurrectionist should have been removed years ago. We demand action now!”

COMPLAINT FOR DECLARATORY JUDGMENT AND INJUNCTIVE RELIEF

Plaintiff Trista di Genova, a candidate for Congress and Speaker of the House, brings this complaint against Donald J. Trump, his administration, and associated entities for violations of federal law, including but not limited to:

1. Tax Evasion (26 USC 7201): Defendants engaged in a coordinated effort to evade federal tax liabilities, depriving the U.S. government of necessary funds while granting themselves tax breaks at the expense of public services.

2. Fraud and Government Waste (18 USC 287): Defendants engaged in fraudulent activities designed to misappropriate taxpayer funds for political and personal enrichment.

3. Conspiracy to Defraud the United States (18 USC 371): Defendants colluded to undermine U.S. institutions, financial laws, and fair electoral processes.

4. Obstruction of IRS Laws (26 USC 7212): Defendants obstructed IRS investigations and enforcement actions to shield themselves and their allies from legal consequences.

5. Racketeering and Corrupt Practices: Defendants used federal office to engage in systematic corruption, including illicit financial transactions and campaign violations.

6. Violation of the 14th Amendment (Insurrection Clause): Defendants participated in an insurrection against the United States, rendering them constitutionally ineligible to hold office.

PRAYER FOR RELIEF:

Plaintiff requests that this Court:

1. Declare that the Defendants have violated the aforementioned laws.

2. Order the immediate removal of all insurrectionist officials under the precedent of Couy Griffin’s case.

3. Declare Donald J. Trump and his administration ineligible to hold office under the 14th Amendment.

4. Order an immediate investigation into Kash Patel’s financial ties to Russia and the national security threat posed.

5. Issue an emergency injunction against all actions and appointments made by the Trump administration.

6. Order criminal and civil penalties against Elon Musk for illegal campaign financing and political interference.

7. Mandate the reinstatement of unlawfully purged voters and a full recount or new election.

JURY DEMAND:

Plaintiff demands a trial by jury on all issues so triable.
