Despite our representation by this petition and another paper petition along with people speaking out well at the Board meeting the Trust still plan to continue to "actively explore" the Alternative Delivery Model (ADM). We are aware that due to the government under-funding of the Trust that times are hard but setting up a limited company can only save money by tax-evasion or cutting staff terms & conditions. An ADM cannot be a 'magic money tree' and only brings tears in the longer term. We ask the Trust to observe the about-turn at Bristol Southmeads and think again!
