The noise from the Bundall roadworks is excessive. The health and well being of local residents is being jeopardised through constant sleep deprivation. And this is happening NOW. The Department of Transport and Main Roads' executives know this but are refusing to act against their contractor for their continual breaches of Noise Legislation. TMR need to take IMMEDIATE ACTION, for the sake of the local residents' health. 

TMR could be coming to a street near you next. We all need to act NOW to keep the bastards honest!
