After a noise complaint to council we are now faced with amending current DA's in order to comply with Council requirements.  In the meantime we have to cease Live Music on our little corner in paradise.

After meeting with Building Services yesterday, I feel the compliance matter here at Angels is far better dealt with by my solicitor. The requirements from Council have gone way beyond a Section 96 to amend something that has been enjoyed by thousands for over 15yrs. I feel betrayed by the entire process. Myself and staff have put our heart and souls into building Angels into a world talked about business in beautiful Shoalhaven. How ONE persons complaint can take away so much is sickening to us all. The restrictions placed on my business are starting to take a toll on my ability to provide employment, customer satisfaction and the general moral of my business. We are all gutted!
