Hilsea Lodge Dementia care home last year received a report on improvement in services from the quality care commission and Portsmouth City Council want to close it.  We feel that this will be detrimental to both residents and staff. Moving those with dementia can be traumatic for them and breaks the relationships with staff and other residents.
