Urgent Appeal for the State of Connecticut to Compile Records of Abuse by Dalton Duarte and Empower Domestic Violence Victims

This letter is written to express the urgent need for the State of Connecticut to proactively compile and document the instances of mental, physical, and sexual abuse perpetrated by Dalton Duarte. It is imperative that we create a comprehensive record of his actions to ensure justice for the victims and to prevent further harm.

Domestic violence is a pervasive and insidious crime that leaves deep and lasting scars on its victims. The patterns of abuse exhibited by individuals like Dalton Duarte often escalate over time, becoming more severe and devastating.
