The SU Management Board retrenched all the SU workers with effect from 1 November 2011citing financial problems.  Workers have been on unpaid leave for the past 6 months. Two days after retrenchment the board advertised new posts in daily newspapers. The minimum requirements (Bachelors Degree in Development Studies) are questionable. SU is for child evangelism and discipleship.  They have proposed to sell assets that is buildings and vehicles that where donated by others towards God's work so as to cover retrenchement costs.SU is slowly losing its vision and mission.  Stakeholders requested to meet the National council but to no avail. The National Council must act to save the organisation and the children of Zimbabwe. SU must never fold. SU supporters take action.
