The award-winning series of light novels by Ryohgo Narita received an anime adaption by Brain's Base in 2007. This adaption was incomplete, only covering a fraction of the story and leaving out important details. 

Baccano! is an amazing series that deserves another adaption that will cover the scope of the series. Shuka Studio is the best candidate for this new adaption as they have already proven themselves by making magnificent adaptions for Durarara!! and have shown interest in reviving another discontinued series.
