Fans of Tokyo Ghoul time and again have been severely disappointed by the anime adaptation of the Manga. 

Mr. Ishida is a fantastic creator who made a world I love to read about every single day. If manga was cheaper in my country, I’d buy every volume and every chapter. 

However, when this creator’s creation took life in form of animated characters with voices on TV, we were highly disappointed. The anime is a bad adaptation of what, frankly, may be among the best manga of all time ever. The story in the anime skips out quite a bit of manga story, such as Kaneki making his own group and Hide’s situation (it’s a big spoiler soooo), or Dr. Kanou, who was missed out on. Plus, Tokyo Ghoul Root A completely destroyed, what frankly, is a beautiful story with loads of emotional turns. Tokyo Ghoul Re isn’t making things any better due to lack of backstory, and bad animation, and poor action sequences. I swear to god I was reminded of the early days of Dragon Ball Super anime when I watched the action scenes in Tokyo Ghoul Re. 

My request is to stop any and all production on the current anime of Tokyo Ghoul Re and start anew, way back when Rize lured in Kaneki. But this time, don’t skip out any details and stick to the manga. That’s what fans want to see. We want to see a faithful adaptation, and maybe even a few fillers thrown in, Dragon Ball Z or One Piece Style.

P.S. Keep Unravel and Asphyxia. They’re damn good. I wouldn’t mind even if they’re the intros for the entirety of the anime with different visuals.
