I'm trying to say this not in a mean way, just a way so people can understand what the EPS is like for Edmond North High School. The EPS are like slave owners and the teachers and students are their slaves, but the teachers are their paid slaves. Why I say that is because the EPS is forcing the teachers to force this ban onto their students in class and some teachers don't to have to force this phone ban onto us, but the EPS is forcing them to because they don't want to lose their job. Many teachers don't want to have to take teens' phones away and call their parents if they get their phone taken away free times and they get lunch detention too, but the teachers don't have a choice. The teachers shouldn't be able to take students' phones away, because they're the students' property and you can't someone's property away from them. There was a student who is a boy, that got his phone taken away three times and on the third time the teacher called his parents and luckily his Dad answered because his mom liked the phone ban, and then the Dad said: " Give him his phone back, he wants it back!" I like this Dad and if anyone has parents like this let them sign this petition.
