The California Law requires all high schools to START no earlier than 8:30 and LEAVE around 4 by 2022. However, the San Diego School District is requiring all high schools to change their schedule by the semester of 2020 to 2021. 

This schedule change will affect parent's work schedules when dropping their children off and their pick up time. Traffic begins around 3'o clock in San Diego, if schools got out at 4, parents and faculty members will experience sever traffic jams. 

In order to delay the schedule change by a year, I request all members of the society to support our positions against the San Diego School District's late start school policy.
