Mr. Reoutt has been suspended for over a month from his position at San Mateo High. We the students are starting this petition to get him back in the classroom. Since he has left, student morale has decreased greatly, students have started to show a lack of interest in the class, and they have been learning close to nothing new. Dynamism is dying within the class. Mr. Reoutt brought a lively attitude to the classroom, which engaged students in their education. He taught students personal responsibility, which is an important attribute students will need in their lives. Students are constantly asking about his return, waiting impatiently everyday, and are disappointed with the response of "I don't know". We are frustrated with the admin's decision and we want Mr. Reoutt back. We will not rest, and we will not back down, until Mr. Reoutt is reinstated at San Mateo High.
