As we know that, if any teacher scolds any student, the Moto behind his/her scolding is just to show them a right path, but during a regular class one of the student took the scolding so serious that he/she recorded the incident in his/her phone,  and misused the video to take action against that particular teacher, by spreading the video in social media.

In that video, that teacher's scolding was shown in a wrong manner, as well as the phone was being used in the class without the teacher's permission.

Suspending a teacher on the basis of a absurd video is somewhere irrelevant  And it is rightly said that the clap always rings with two hands.
