Students of Bishop Ludden Jr./Sr. High School for the 2021-2022 school year have been denied the opportunity to have a Homecoming dance. This event would allow students to have some fun during this stressful time and reconnect with other students outside of school hours. This would be the Freshman's first High School dance and the Senior's last Homecoming dance. As a bonfire is planned for Homecoming week, we feel that this isn't much different than having a dance held outside. This petition is to have a COVID safe Homecoming dance outdoors instead of the currently planned movie night. Other schools, such as CBA, have held their Homecoming dances outside this year. If you are a current student and/or parent in Grade 9 - 12 at Bishop Ludden Jr./Sr. High School and agree with this petition, please sign where indicated. We plan to turn in this petition to Principal McAuliff and school administration early this week so please share this link with your friends and fellow students ASAP. The more signatures we have the better the chance is that Principal McAuliff and school administration will understand how strongly we feel about this issue. Every signature helps!
