Due to the corona virus outbreak there has been over thousands of cases reported worldwide. The corona virus is an airborne virus and having numerous amounts of people attend school has a high risk for easy contamination to both students and faculty. Getting tested for the corona virus alone can cost up to thousands of dollars (depending on how good your insurance is) so many people aren’t getting tested for it. Going through the process of getting tested wouldn’t guarantee  immediate test results and by the time a patient figures out that they’ve tested positive it’d be too late to alert and notify others, because it would already spread quickly.

Many colleges such as CSUF, CSUEB, SFSU and more have taken action upon the school to cancel physical classes and convert to online classes for the rest of the school year.

There has been numerous students that have displayed coughing/flu symptoms yet Fullerton College still hasn’t taken any serious affirmative action into this matter. It is not only important for the safety of the faculty and students but as well as risking spreading any possible traces of the virus to the general population as well.
