We the students that live in Regents Hall want to show our voice for the inconveniences we have dealt with while living in Regents Hall. We pay over $7400 per year to live here. We want the public to know our problems and how they have been swept under the rug. We pay an extensive amount of money to live in these brand new dorms and deserve a refund for the many inconvenience’s we have had while living there.

These issues include but are not limited to:

10+ fire alarms in one semester, ( caused by dust and malfunctionin)

air conditioning units pouring water that flooded a whole room (took over 3 days to fix even after many maintenance request),

having to wash clothes in a different dorm for the first month,  

water going in and out for a week,

no hot water for over two weeks at a time, (freezing cold showers resulting in students having to shower somewhere else besides dorm)

no furniture for the first two months in study rooms,

no ice machines that we were promised,

disgusting bathrooms,

clothes not being sanitized in wash,

and the inconvenience of having washers being broke all semester. 4/6 were broken at one time for all 400+ students in the building.
