1 in 4 college students struggle with mental health. 119,000 students are attending ASU in Fall 2019. That means 29,750 students are estimated to struggle with mental health on ASU campus. That does not count all students who are affected by a friend or family member going through recovery. As #1 in innovation we should be looking forward to solutions of this current cultural issue. This large amount of students affected have a voice that should be heard. This petition is to establish a university sanctioned coalition in order to create a platform to discuss solutions. We do not have all the answers but by establishing a university sanctioned coalition we can start to find them.
