Last Wednesday, we received a response from the Executive Board to our proposal to have an open conversation by email.

Unfortunately, the Executive Board does not want to have a conversation with us by email. They have offered us to join existing meeting structures, such as team meetings, at all levels of TU Delft in the coming period and throughout the year, as an alternative to meet and share our concerns with them.

They have also encouraged us to contact someone else in the organisation through whom we can share our message with them in person.

We are currently considering our options and will inform you about our next steps.
