I am Prabhu Goyal of 5th semester (5CSC),Computer Science Engineering,Faculty of Engineering Technology ,Manav Rachna International University,Faridabad,Haryana. On 6th august 2016, I had met with a sports injury, which gave me Left leg Tibia (bone) and Fibula (bone) severe fracture,due to which I was unable to stand and the leg got operated with stainless steel rod and 9 screws. As suggested by my doctor, I am advised to take at least two months complete bed rest under medical supervision. I had escalated the case information to my respective Mentor(Mrs.Karishma Gulati) and HOD,CSE,FET (Dr. SS Tyagi), who assured me that the matter will be taken care of as it is a very serious bone injury. Today (16-November-2016), I got my detainee list in which I was not given relaxation due to fracture and I was told to give my papers next semester and I will also need to attend summer classes due to the shortage of attendance. I had discussed the issue with my department Executive director and Dean (Dr. M.K. Soni) and with Vice-chancellor (Dr. N.C. Wadhwa), As per them the rules of my college (Manav Rachna International University) doesn't allow me to give exams as I don't have attendance in what so ever circumstances. The Executive director and Dean (Dr. M.K. Soni) also threatened me to throw me out of the college If I approach him again. I had also emailed my concern to Vice president of Manav Rachna Educational Institutions (Dr. Amit Bhalla) but got no reply from their side too.
