After the horrendous and vindictive treatment of hundreds of sub postmasters whilst Paula Vennells was CEO of The Post Office she should bear responsibility for the consequences of her leadership. The largest miscarriage of justice in the history of the country is a scandal that should have severe consequences for those responsible. The first step should be the stripping of her CBE. A criminal investigation should be conducted into the circumstances and the extent of her, and her fellow board members, knowledge of the inadequacy of the Horizon system.
