It is important that this law should be implemented properly. Nowadays, you can see whether you will park inside malls or offices, the one parked in the said spot is not actually a PWD, pregnant or a senior citizen. People are using this spot for convenience since this is very near to entrance facility. I have seen senior citizens who needs to walk like 200-300meters to reached the entrance area due to the fact the parking area alloted to them was used by some arrogant vehicle owner. There are time when this area is being used as carwash area in mall parking lots.

There is a need for any establishment to have this properly implemented. They need to issue PWD parking tickers. if vehicle is illegally parked, it should be towed and fined of not less Php10,000 should be imposed upon the owner of such vehicle.
