For the first time in recent history, hunts across the country will take a month off from chasing willdife and ripping it to pieces. It is a reflection of their sadistic bloodlust that it has taken a global pandemic for this decision to be made.
However, there shouldn’t be any hunting full stop. As soon as lockdown is lifted the main hunting season will get underway and wildlife will be hunted again.
I want to do something about it. In the next year or so I have ambitious plans for the Keep The Ban campaign – with an aim to end hunting licences on National Trust and Forestry England land.
