Imagine the fear and anxiety this dog experienced trying to balance himself while tethered with ONE line to the top of crates while the driver was going 70 mph? This according the the owner is "the way he likes to travel." Well, how about the owner use COMMON SENSE and confine your dog on dangerous roads!!  Dog was tethered with one line, law requires two. Also, we need to change the laws for transportation of animals in every state to include that they are not allowed to be "towed" on an open platform no matter how many tethers!! Unacceptable!! They must be in an enclosed safe place for the duration of the ride.
