Thank you everyone who is signing and sharing this petition.  PLEASE keep sharing, it's important the judicial system starts taking the murder of women by partners seriously, not just SAYING it whilst delivering impassioned speeches they recognise there is problem in this country with gender based violence. 

Whilst we cannot treat the belief that women, to some men, are possessions, something bought and paid for,  subject to their every demand for obedience, no freedom of choice or have rights, the consequences need to be swift and harsh.  Mindset changes begins with the individual - the punishment must be of such a nature it will hopefully give these men pause.
