Stormont Vail Health/ Cotton O'Neil Clinics and Stormont Vail Hospital are unfairly limiting the choices of the Medicare Eligible Citizens they serve by refusing to contract for Medicare Advantage Plans with UnitedHealthCare, in particular. 

In the State of Kansas, Medicaid (KanCare) is managed by a Private Health Insurance Company of the Consumers choice and are given 3 options: UnitedHealthCare, Aetna, or Sunflower.

All three Insurance Companies have Medicare Advantage Plans for Dual Eligibles. However, Stormont-Vail HealthCare/ Cotton O’Neil will only accept ONE Medicare Advantage Plan that works with their State Medicaid and that’s AETNA. 

WHY IS THAT? 

I am asking for the Administration of Cotton O’Neil and all the Physicians, Nurses, and Staff to LET US IN!!!!!

STOP UNFAIR EXCLUSION OF ONE OF THE STATES OWN TRUSTED INSURANCE CARRIERS. 

This is about fairness, free market economy and the inclusion of one of the States own trusted Insurance Companies.
