A Vision for the next Chair of the Shasta County Republican Party
- Prioritize the needs of Shasta County Republicans
- Unite all conservative groups in the county
- Build a strong and vibrant party through networking, outreach, and engagement (10-20 hours per week)
- Host training sessions to recruit, support, and endorse local Republican candidates
- Empower and support the committee and its chairs to work independently
- Focus meetings on training and empowering members
- Bring in guest Republican speakers for education and equipping
- Provide members and candidates with opportunities to campaign for endorsements
⁃ Hard work, commitment, and dedication will be required for the success of our committee and the Republican party.
It would be an honor for me to fulfill all of these tasks and more as your next Chair. If not elected to the chair position, this is my request for the next chair to accomplish.
