 The case against President Trump is weak and past the statute of limitations. This attack is unprecedented and outrageous!

N.Y. County DA Alvin Bragg is fulfilling his misguided campaign promise. Legal scholars are blasting this political abuse. House Speaker Kevin McCarthy vows to investigate the apparent injustice and ensure Alvin Bragg appears before a Congressional committee.

Pelosi tweeted, "The Grand Jury has acted upon the facts and the law. No one is above the law, and everyone has the right to a trial to prove innocence. Hopefully, the former President will peacefully respect the system, which grants him that right.”

Pelosi exposes the agenda to destroy Trump. She refuses Trump's presumption of innocence, one of the most basic requirements of a fair trial and a recognized human right. The Federal Election Commission (FEC) decided not to pursue this case against President Trump. 

Now, the public must wait to read the charges. However, the case against Trump must be dropped if there is nothing more than what has been politicized against the former president. Please support  President Trump's right to an aggressive defense.
