It is clear that many school boards only care about MONEY, sadly. Because school districts in California get paid per day per student in attendance, they lose money when students are absent. We estimate that close to 45% of Shasta County students walked out on Monday...that amounts to over 1 MILLION dollars lost in JUST one day.

We don't want schools to suffer, but they are causing our children and educators to suffer by enforcing these mandates. So we will walkout out of schools EVERY Monday until school boards vote to NOT enforce these mandates on students and staff.

We're asking this upcoming Monday, October 25th, to not send your children to school. Stay tuned for more details about the upcoming rally on Monday! Spread the word and bring a friend!
