This is not about the dog breed this is about the owners and the upbringing of these dogs. I know many dog attacks that have taken place and some of them being Jack Russell's, Chiwawas but due to there size they don't class them as dangerous dogs! Not every dog and owner should suffer for a few incidents, you are wanting to take away parts of our family's!

If we don't act now all these dogs of this beautiful breed are going to suffer not to mention the family's.
