Bots are destroying the concert experience by dominating the ticket purchase process. Hundreds of tickets if not thousands are posted instantly to ticket resale websites as soon as they are released.

While the Ticket vendors (AXS, Ticketmaster, Live Nation) have policies against using bots and offer simple captchas in an attempt to keep this from happening, there does not seem to be any effort or communication on their behalf to:

-Improve bot/ buyer validation processing for purchasing tickets

-Identify and prosecute the credit cards and people responsible for going against the Terms of Service and scalping multiple tickets

-Ban scalpers and IP addresses from any future purchases

True fans are left without tickets and no alternative other than supporting the scalping market. As buyers, we cannot fix your systems. We, your dedicated concert-going customers and demand more action to address this serious, unresolved issue.

”There is no reason that thousands of tickets should immediately be sold on third party sources for triple the price......How did so many bots get that many tickets? Something is just not right.”
