THE POST YOU REBLOGGED THIS FROM HAD MOST LIKELY WRONG INFORMATION - GO TO MY PINNED POST

The Issue

IF YOU COME FROM TUMBLR; CHECK OUT THE CHANGED VERSION OF THE POST AND THE PINNED POST I MADE CLEARING CERTAIN THINGS UP!!!

Google has changed their english privacy policy so that they allegedly can now take all photos (including of children), information or documents by private and non-private individuals that have been placed publicly online, save them and feed them into one of their statistics programs (AI). This is not only allegedly an unethical violation of copyright holders (in the case of journalistic articles, e-books, art and photos), but also an invasion of public privacy for simple personal gain.

Would you liketo see photos of your relatives, children etc in such profit-making software?

If not then please sign.

We want to stop this behavior in its infancy. So that other companies cannot follow Google's example and take advantage of the currently unclear legal status to make unethical profit from your information.

Our goal is to get the European Commission's attention, and we can only do that with your help!
