Dropping a ten thousand-home settlement by a motorway junction in the open countryside between Worcester and Pershore is planning for convenience, not for communities. The Government and Homes England's current proposal contradicts their established policies of prioritising the regeneration of existing towns and the usage of brownfield sites.
