Middlesbrough Council's decision to sell off part of the Municipal golf course land for the development of approx 77 houses

More traffic for a main route to James cook hospital 

Green space in our area helps improve people's mental health as well as home for wildlife.

This will destroy the wildlife habitat for multiple animals. This land is home to rabbits, owls , squirrels , woodpeckers multiple different birds and definitely bats in the area. The beck is protected due to the wildlife on this land. The boundary to the road has trees and hedges that will need to be removed to gain access. The increase in traffic from 77 homes with potentially 2 cars per household will affect an already busy area. Marton Rd, acklam Rd and the A174 are already blocked at rush hour times.

We need to stand against developing greenfield areas up and down the country, this is only one small plot out of multiple within about 10 mile radius.
