I am deeply concerned about a grave threat to the demographic integrity and future stability of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. Under the guise of "real estate investment" and "economic development," we are witnessing a systematic process of demographic change, which I term "White Arabization."

Kurdish youth are grappling with high unemployment rates and a dire lack of affordable housing. Meanwhile, lands and properties in the region are being acquired by individuals and entities that do not reflect the region's ethnic fabric. This insidious encroachment threatens to erode our cultural and ethnic identity, paving the way for instability and discord in a region that has already endured so much.

The Kurdistan Region has been a beacon of hope and resilience, a place where multiple cultures and ethnicities coexisted peacefully for decades. However, the current policies of unchecked property sales and skewed development incentives can lead to irreversible demographic transformations. This "White Arabization" not only undermines the Kurdish identity but could incite tensions reminiscent of historical grievances.

We call upon the Kurdistan Regional Government and Parliament to urgently address this worrying trend. Actions must be taken to implement policies that prioritize the economic empowerment of Kurdish youth. Transparency and fairness in the real estate market must be enhanced, with stringent regulations ensuring property acquisitions align with maintaining demographic balance and cultural heritage.

Moreover, we urge the international community to monitor and report on the demographic policies affecting the Kurdistan Region, ensuring they align with human rights standards and protect the rights of the Kurdish people.

ئێمە وەک واژۆکارانی ئەم داواکارییە، بە ئەرکێکی نەتەوەیی و نیشتمانی دەیزانین کە دەنگی ناڕەزایەتیی خۆمان بگەیەنینە دەسەڵاتی سیاسی لە هەرێمی کوردستان سەبارەت بەو مەترسییە گەورەیەی کە ڕووبەڕووی دیمۆگرافیای شارەکانمان بووەتەوە. زیادبوونی بێشووماری ڕێژەی نیشتەجێبوونی هاووڵاتیانی عەرەب لە پڕۆژە نیشتەجێبوونەکاندا، هەڕەشەیەکی ڕاستەوخۆیە بۆ سەر ئاییندەی سیاسی و نەتەوەیی کورد.

بۆچی ئەم واژۆیانە کۆدەکەینەوە؟

بۆ ڕاگرتنی بازرگانیکردن بە خاک: خاک مڵکی نەوەکانی داهاتووە و نابێت ببێتە کاڵایەک بۆ قازانجی کۆمپانیا حیزبییەکان.

بۆ دابینکردنی نیشتەجێبوون بۆ گەنجی کورد:  لەکاتێکدا هەزاران گەنجی ئێمە بێکار و بێخانوون، پڕۆژە نیشتەجێبوونەکان بۆ بێگانە دروست دەکرێن.

بۆ ڕێگری لە گۆڕانی ناسنامە:  زیادبوونی ڕێژەی بێگانە بۆ سەرووی ٣٠٪، ناسنامەی کوردیی شارەکانمان بەرەو سڕینەوە دەبات.
 
داواکارییە سەرەکییەکانمان بۆ حکومەت و لایەنە پەیوەندیدارەکان:
هەموارکردنەوەی یاسای وەبەرهێنان: قەدەغەکردنی خاوەندارێتیی (تاپۆکردنی) زەوی و خانوو بە ناوی ئەو کەسانەی کە ناسنامەی باری شارستانییان (نفووس) هی دەرەوەی هەرێمی کوردستانە.
سەپاندنی سیستەمی (Leasehold): بێگانە تەنها مافی بەکرێگرتنی درێژخایەنی هەبێت، نەک مافی خاوەندارێتی هەمیشەیی زەوی.

دیاریکردنی کووتای نیشتەجێبوون:  پێویستە یاسایەک دەربچێت کە هیچ پڕۆژەیەکی نیشتەجێبوون بۆی نەبێت زیاتر لە **١٠٪**ی یەکەکانی بە بێگانە بفرۆشێت.

باجی نیشتەجێبوونی بێگانە:  سەپاندنی باجێکی قورس (لانی کەم ٢٠٪ی نرخی موڵکەکە) لەسەر کڕیاری بێگانە، و خەرجکردنی ئەو پارەیە بۆ پێدانی قەرزی خانوبەرە بە گەنجانی کورد.

کۆنتڕۆڵی ئەمنی و کارگێڕی: ڕێکخستنی مانەوەی عەرەب لە کوردستان تەنها وەک "میوان و کرێکار" نەک وەک "نیشتەجێی هەمیشەیی" کە مافی دەنگدان و بڕیاردانی هەبێت.
