I'm not happy with the excessive traffic that is going to be generated from a new cannabis dispensary trying to open in the old (Wells Fargo Bank) on W Front with a new parking lot that exits on Division St and routes MAJOR traffic directly in our historical home districts and more. This will be a major NUISANCE!

The bank is over 6,000 sq ft!!! It's going to generate MAJOR traffic headaches for a small town like Keyport! I lived in CA and worked in a dispensary so I'm speaking from experience.  The average dispensary size on the West Coast is about the half this size and generates 100's of customers per day. Keyport has very narrow streets & historical neighborhoods that will now become exit routes for 1,000's of cars weekly.

I'm all for cannabis in Keyport but, this size dispensary would be better suited for a large metro like Jersey City or Hoboken. There are multiple proposed locations on W Front, that are much more conducive  for what works best for the business owners & residents. We must move QUICKLY to push our borough officials to make the right decision before it's TOO LATE!!!
