It is about Food Processing Residuals (FPRs) --- waste --- being disposed on fields near our homes, and in quantities the residents believe to be detrimental to the health and welfare of the area and beyond.

Multiple times per day almost every day; Klines adds FPRs to the Jones "Manure" pit--- Each truck can hold 5-6 thousand gallons.  Some days see tens of thousands of gallons added to the pit.
