This petition is to serve all of Effingham County Ga including the cities of Rincon, and Guyton. 

We want to send a clear message to the local government that the residents of the Cities of Rincon, Guyton and Effingham County feel that residential areas are OFF LIMITS!!!! We need a moratorium on warehouses and self storage facilities and more attention towards resolving the ridiculous traffic issues and lack of infrastructure.
