The two upcoming Planning Board meetings in January are for two proposed warehouse applications.  The dates are Thursday January 11th and January 25th at 7:00 PM in the courtroom in the Municipal building.

We are getting close to decision time. Do not miss this opportunity to share your concerns.   It’s important that the Planning Board hears how these warehouses will affect you, your family, your safety, commute, and quality of life.

On Thursday, January 11th at 7:00 PM, the public can question the traffic expert’s testimony (click on link for his testimony) https://youtu.be/tR7hu857TLc?t=6836 It is critical for you to explain how this will affect your daily commute because of noise, air quality, road degradation from heavy trucks, and dangerous traffic. 

Then on January 25th, testimony for 189/203 Homestead Road (two of the largest warehouses) will continue.  This may be your last chance to question the applicant’s testimony since much of their testimony has already been given. 

At the same Planning Board meeting, the applicant for 279 Homestead Road will present revised plans for review and continued questioning.
