The next Planning Board meeting for the warehouse application on 189/203 Homestead Road (two warehouses the size of nine football fields) is on Thursday, December 14th at 7:00 PM in the Municipal building. It is critical to attend the meeting because decision time is getting closer and you should not miss this opportunity to have your voice heard.

This is your community, your home, your quality of life, your property value, and your town.  This is NOT a partisan issue; it is a community issue. Your voice matters to determine the future vision of our town.

Our quality of life will be greatly affected if a 24/7 warehouse operates near neighborhoods but that wasn’t presented accurately by the applicant’s traffic expert (click on link for his testimony) https://youtu.be/tR7hu857TLc?t=6836 Based on the projected plans, there could be as many as 1,892 truck trips a day.

How will our roads be maintained with such heavy truck traffic?  This gravely affects the safety of drivers and truckers. Inexperienced student drivers traveling to the high school will be at risk!  So many safety risks and costs, without clear answers.

We must continue to question the traffic expert’s testimony at this upcoming Planning Board meeting on Thursday December 14th at 7 PM in the Municipal Courtroom. For all other concerns, you will have the chance to voice your objections at the last meeting during the public comment period right before the Planning Board votes on each of these proposed warehouses.
