I am one of many who have fallen victim to a fraudulent company parading as Waikan Consulting(https://waikanconsulting.co.uk )offering immigration services. This company, using the names Jay Vekaria, Sarah Benett, Peter Gellet, Georgia Watkins , Kroll (parody) and many other characters to defraud hundreds of hardworking individuals globally. They operate under a business registered in Jersey the Channel Islands, giving them an air of legitimacy that convinces unsuspecting victims to trust them.

I was introduced to this company by a friend. Waikan Consulting website looked professional, and they had positive reviews along with a registered business number displayed prominently on their site. Convinced they were legitimate; I engaged their services. However, after eight months without receiving any of the promised services for which I paid for - it became clear that this could potentially be fraud.

My situation is not unique; I introduced about 14 people to this company which I paid on their behalf, many have been left disappointed and out-of-pocket due to their deceitful practices.

This petition is not just about my personal experience but an outcry on behalf of all those affected by Waikan Consulting's fraudulent activities. We need your help in bringing these unscrupulous individuals to justice and preventing further harm from being done. The terrible evaluations on Trustpilot speak a lot about mine and others' experiences; please help raise awareness and seek justice against this charlatan.

Legal action will be taken against this company; a lawsuit and legal complaint shall be filed to ensure that this fraudulent enterprise is brought to a stop, the accomplices such as the business accounts where monies are paid would be investigated and we will see the end of the personalities behind Waikan Consulting.
