Stop Visa Immigration Frauds by Indian agents such as “Learning Paths, Mohali”
The Issue
I am filing this petition to raise public awareness and request investigation into the alleged fraudulent practices of an immigration agent operating under the name Learning Paths, Mohali.
In this case, an agent known as “Learning Paths Mohali” promised to secure an Electrician job in Australia for my friend (name withheld for privacy). The agent shared job-related documents presented as genuine employment offers, which later appeared to be fake or misleading.
Based on these promises, the agent collected a total of ₹70,000 in multiple payments. No concrete or legally binding agreement was signed between the parties.
When the client later asked to see the official job offer letter, the agent failed to provide any valid proof. Instead, the agent now claims that a work visa has already been obtained, but refuses to show documentary evidence and continues to demand additional money.
Due to these actions and the lack of transparency, we believe there has been serious misrepresentation and an attempt to extract more money under false claims.
Because of the seriousness of the matter, the case has already been reported to the Cyber Crime Branch of the Government of India. This petition is being created to support that complaint and to warn others who may be at risk.

- Accountability and refund of money taken under alleged false promises
- Public awareness to prevent similar incidents
